Payment Terms
All prices are, at this time exempt from VAT additions
Should you wish to open a trade account then please use the contact form to advise us of your company details, whereby we will set up a trade account.
All trade accounts will be invoiced monthly and payment will be due within 30 days of invoice date, unless agreed by UK Sensory Lights in writing
Where the supply of goods takes place over a period in excess of one month, UK Sensory Lights shall have the right to invoice on a monthly basis and any such invoices shall be due for payment within 30 days of their date.
The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold or set off payments for any reason whatsoever including retentions of any nature.
UK Sensory Lights shall be entitled to charge interest at a rate equal to 5% above the base lending rate of the Bank of England from time to time on all overdue payments.
The price is based on the current costs of materials, labour, transport and other relevant costs.
Where a Trade Customer trades as insolvent at the time of purchase and fails to pay in full for goods or services, the Company shall reserve the right to pursue the owners or directors for any outstanding amount due.
Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us regarding price discrepancies.
When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website. Price differences related to future or past prices on our website prices are not refundable.
Warranty
Light Panels
Light Panel products are covered by a limited warranty from the supplier, this information will be supplied with the final product dependant on the type of light panel used.
Build
We offer a 5-year workmanship guarantee notwithstanding accidental / deliberate damage, damage caused by placement of product in unsuitable environments (e.g. outdoors, damp/wet environments, extremes of temperature) or misuse.
Delivery
Items that are in stock will be shipped within two working days if ordered before 12:00pm.
For items that are made to order, an estimated shipping date will be advised once the order has been received.
we aim to fulfil most single orders (non-stock items) in approx. 7 working days; however, this can vary from time to time which will be reflected in your estimated dispatch date upon receipt of orderAll items will be shipped by a UK courier
Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Bank Holidays
Please note that the workshop and offices are closed over all UK Bank Holidays and Christmas Eve through to New Year.
Dispatches will not take place during this time.
Returns
As our products are custom made to order, they cannot be returned and are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged during transit.
You must notify UK Sensory Lights of damaged or faulty products within 3 days of the delivery.
Should this be the case, then please either email us or use the contact form to advise us of the issue and we will arrange a courier to pick up the return.
Once received, UK Sensory Lights shall inspect & test the lighting panel for the described defect and carry out any necessary repairs and re-ship the item at our cost.
